Are your cleaning staff trained and background-checked?

Absolutely. Every member of our cleaning team undergoes a thorough background check before being hired. All staff receive professional training in cleaning techniques, health and safety, product handling, and customer service. We are also fully insured, so you can have complete peace of mind when our team is in your space.
Is Lolland Cleaning fully insured?

Yes. Lolland Cleaning carries full professional liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. In the unlikely event of any accidental damage during a cleaning visit, you are fully covered. We can provide proof of insurance upon request.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

No, you don't need to be present. Many of our clients provide us with a key, access code, or arrange for us to be let in by a building manager. All our staff are vetted and trusted. If you prefer to be present for the initial clean, that's completely fine — many clients choose to do so just for peace of mind.

Can you clean our building outside of working hours?

Yes! We understand that many businesses cannot have cleaning done during their operating hours. We offer flexible scheduling including early mornings (from 06:00), evenings, and weekends. We'll work around your schedule to ensure minimum disruption to your operations.
Do you offer post-construction cleaning for new apartments?

Yes, post-construction cleaning is one of our specialist services. We remove all dust, plaster residue, paint splatters, adhesive marks, and debris left after building or renovation work. We clean windows, floors, sanitary fittings, and all surfaces to prepare the space for handover or occupancy. This is a one-time deep-clean service.
Can you clean empty apartments for move-in/move-out?

Yes. We provide move-in and move-out cleaning for both furnished and empty apartments. This includes deep cleaning of all rooms, kitchen appliances, bathrooms, windows, and floors. It's a great option for landlords and property managers who need to prepare a unit for new tenants, or for tenants who want to leave the property in pristine condition.

How is pricing determined?

We provide a free, no-obligation quote after an initial consultation — either remotely or with a site visit. There are no hidden fees.
Do you require long-term contracts?

We believe in earning your trust through excellent service, not locking you into long contracts. We offer flexible arrangements — from one-time cleans to ongoing weekly or monthly service agreements. For regular clients, we do offer preferential pricing for longer commitments, but there is no obligation.
Do you provide free quotes?

Yes, absolutely. All of our quotes are completely free and come with no obligation whatsoever. Simply contact us via our contact form, email, or phone, and we'll arrange a consultation. For larger or more complex spaces, we prefer to do a site visit to give you the most accurate quote possible.
Scheduling & Flexibility
How quickly can you start?

In most cases, we can begin service within a few days of agreeing on a plan. For urgent one-off cleans (such as post-construction or emergency cleaning), we often have availability within 24–48 hours. Contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a cleaning visit?

We understand that circumstances change. We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Our team will work with you to find an alternative time that suits your needs. We try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible.
Do you work on public holidays?

In most cases, we do not work on public holidays. However, for clients with critical needs (such as hospitals, care facilities, or urgent post-event cleaning), we can arrange service on holidays by prior agreement. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.

Are your cleaning products safe for children and pets?

Yes. We exclusively use certified eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for children, pets, and people with sensitivities or allergies. Our school and kindergarten cleaning service in particular uses products specifically designed for child-safe environments, meeting the highest Danish health and safety standards.
